Alice Marie Bowen, age 69 of Lewes, DE, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2019, at Compassionate Care Hospice at Christiana Care. She was born on March 11, 1950 in Richmond, VA, daughter of the late Russell and Eunice (Duty) Coxsey. Ms. Bowen was a home-health nurse in Texas, Virginia, and Delaware, retiring in 2009 after 47 years of dedicated service to others. She was a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who was loved by many. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Leigh Brower of Frederica, DE; her grandchildren: Collin Lee Brower, Jocelyn Leigh Brower, and Ashleigh Morgan Brower, all of Frederica, DE; her brother, David Lee Coxsey of Sanger, TX; and her nephew, William "Billy" Don Coxsey of Sanger, TX.
