“David at Watson-Yates was what I needed when my husband died. He was companionate yet thorough and understood what needed to be done. He took the stress off my shoulders and did a fantastic job. “We contacted Watson-Yates because other family members had used them in the past. I learned they were part of Parsell Funeral homes with several other locations. We met David Bradley at the Seaford location and immediately felt comfortable speaking with him. He asked our expectations and took the time to help us make decisions. We never felt rushed and he gave us many options. He explained the costs and gave us guidance in settling personal matters as well. We asked for a service in a short timeframe in order to accommodate ones who travel for work. There were many moving parts to align and David communicated often with us. He could have easily told us it couldn’t be done, but he put in the extra effort to make it happen. Everyone we came in contact with, David ,the funeral director, David the aftercare coordinator, the gentlemen that did transport from home and even someone that called me from the office, were all the utmost professionals, but not putting aside the personalization needed to make you feel at ease. They put your needs first and are there to serve. I am truly grateful for everyone at Watson-Yates/Parsell in their speciality that made funeral planning the least stressful part.”

“I recently attended a service here for a friend that lived in southern Delaware. As a funeral director myself, I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities and the level of service that they provide. The funeral directors were very friendly and knowledgeable, they have a lot of memorial and cremation merchandise to honor the deceased and the facility was absolutely immaculate. I would highly recommend them to any family that is unsure of a funeral home to call to care for their loved one.”
