Gerry Lee Foskey's Obituary
FLORIST NOTE: PLEASE DELIVER ALL ARRANGEMENTS DIRECTLY TO THE FAMILY.
Gerry Lee Foskey, age 58 of Bridgeville, DE, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at her home. She was born on June 18, 1961 in Fairmont, WV, daughter of the late Martha Currence Greathouse and Milton Vaughan.
Gerry grew up in Chestertown, MD and graduated from Chestertown High School. She was a kind and loving soul who saw the best in everything, always trying to help others, even when she needed help herself. Strangers became family to her over the years while running Tom and Gerry's Auto with her family. Gerry was a free spirit, just like the wild horses she loved so much. Above all, she treasured time spent with those she held dear. She was a loving and devoted fiancee, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
Gerry is survived by her beloved fiance, Tom Bennett; her son, Jason Dean; her daughters: Misty Marie, Tasha, and Mandy; her several grandchildren; her many nieces and nephews; and her adoptive father and siblings: David Hopkins, Kimberly Hopkins, Cheryl Bryant, and Genea Smith.
A celebration of Gerry's life will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 12:00 PM at 502 Railroad Avenue, Bridgeville, DE, where all are welcome to attend.
Please sign the online guestbook located on the tribute page.
