it's been many years since I've spoken to Frances but remember her like it was yesterday. I worked with her at the Sussex County Tax Department from 1973-1979. She was a dedicated worker, kind and thoughtful. I'm sure she'll be missed by everyone. Jane
What a wonderful woman. I have great memories talking with her & sharing books when we worked for the county. I loved to hear her laugh. She will be truly missed. Prayers for the family. God bless!

Kathy I am sorry to hear about the loss of your dear Mother. My Mother( Doris Rogers), thought a lot of your Mom and shared a lot of memories. Sorry we are out of the state visiting our children and grandchildren for the holidays and wii not be able to attend the services. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
