Leon Collins Sr.'s Obituary
Leon Collins Sr. (Ham Bone), age 88 of Seaford, DE, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at TidalHealth Nanticoke, in Seaford, DE. He was born on November 22, 1932, in Easton, MD son of the late Earl and Elva (Jester) Collins.
Mr. Collins proudly served in the Army. He worked as a truck driver and enjoyed the open road. Watching races, football and playing cards were some of his favorite pastimes.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Collins was preceded in death by his son, Leon Collins Jr. He is survived by his beloved wife, Emma Collins; his son, Pat Collins, and his wife Michelle; his daughter, Lisa Collins-Hubbard, and her husband Rodney; his thirteen grandchildren; his nine great-grandchildren; and his five sisters: Lorraine Melvin and her husband George of FL, Rose Cordrey of Denton, MD, Christine Hammond of DE, Elaine Butler and her husband Michael of Easton MD, and Leona Stubbs and her husband Bobby of Harrington, DE.
