I will always remember her presence in the dance studio lobby in her favorite spot with Jersie Girl on her lap just as content as she can be while there waiting for Katie’s dance classes and rehearsals to be over. So loving and supportive and a great and strong dance mom to us all.
It was nice to reconnect with Nancy when she came to work at Woodbridge District Office and was nice to see how her family had grown (up). I first remember Mark & Nancy when they played volleyball in what was then the "Woodbridge Elementary" gym. I remembered their children at the little league field (and how Mark and Nancy were always there to support them). Tim would be playing ball and this chubby little red-headed girl (Katie) would be running around. Timothy grew up to be a wonderful husband to Hunter, and father to Nancy's pride and joy, Preston whom I got to see in hundreds of pictures. The little red-headed girl grew up to be a tall graceful ballerina and I got to see her in hundreds of pictures and videos!! Mark was her love and support thru this long battle that she fought. She loved them all. I pray that her love and the memories will embrace you all and help you through the days ahead.
Much love,
Debi & Nick Adams
Nancy was the younger of her sisters, and usually the most quite of the 3 girls. She was a thinker , then a doer of her decision. Most of the time it was the right thing to do.
She was always thoughtful of others, and a great cousin , sister, friend , and daughter.
She had a easy to love personality. Very kind and sweet. I don't ever her ever saying anything bad about anyone.
Her love of Mark her husband was shown by her faithfulness to him. And the positive way she would talk about his mother and father. Her children were her master piece, and her grandchild was her love.
Her mother held a special love for her. And she always enjoyed their time together.
I went to see her while she was in the hospital, and I was sick afterwards so I didn't get to see her again. But I know she is a Christian so I will get to see her again 😊. I will cherish that visit . And most of all the fact that we got to pray together. Our hope is in our Savior Jesus Christ 🙏. The Bible says that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Thank God I know where she's at. I love her , and I miss her. Good by for now my cousin Nancy.
I knew Nancy from when I worked at Seaford and then Woodbridge. She had such a soothing voice, wonderful smile, so pleasant and just overall a kind, sweet person. She loved her family and so proud of her children. My thoughts and prayers for her family.
Nancy Fields was a dear friend. She was the most special person you could know. Nancy was caring and kind, dedicated and loyal, and she was an exceptional LADY. As a mother, she inspired me, as a Christian, she motivated me, and as my friend, she was always there. She leaves to cherish a most beautiful daughter who is living by her mother’s influence, nurturing, and strength. To the family she loved so very much, husband Mark, daughter , Katie , son, Tim, grandson, Preston, and daughter/in-law, Hunter, I am so very devastated for your loss, and God Bless. A light has gone out.
I am shocked and saddened to hear of Nancy's passing. I will always remember her kindness. Joe and I offer our condolences to Mark, her children, extended family and in laws. Our prayers will be with you. Sheila Laughery and Joe Cianci.
