Terry Jean Miller's Obituary
Terry Jean Miller, age 68 of Millsboro, DE, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2019, at Atlantic Shores Rehabilitation & Health Center in Millsboro. She was born on May 6, 1951 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, daughter of Nancy (Zinn) Miller and the late Charles Miller.
Ms. Miller made a career at Bell Telephone in Harrisburg, PA and later at the New Cumberland Army Depot, before moving to Lewes, where she worked at Beebe Hospital in their dietary kitchen. She loved everything outdoors, but was most at home on the water. Her fondness of boating was only rivaled by her absolute love of fishing. An avid fisherwoman, Ms. Miller would cast a line at every opportunity. Above all, she cherished time spent with those she held most dear. Ms. Miller was a loving and devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her father, Ms. Miller was preceded in death by her brother, Charles William Miller. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Janice Kenee of Clayton, DE; her brothers: Rollin Eugene Miller (Sherry) of Lewes, DE and Keith Arden Miller (Verna) of Duncannon, PA; and her numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Ms. Miller's memory to the American Heart Association, 200 Continental Drive, Suite 101, Newark, DE 19713.
