Victoria Schoen's Obituary
Victoria Schoen "Vicky” age 70 of Seaford, DE and formerly of Sussex County, NJ, passed away after a long illness on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at her home. She was born on July 23, 1950 in Montclair, NJ, daughter of Betsy Rudner and the late Robert Patterson.
Victoria married the love of her life, John Schoen on September 14 , 2003 in Sussex, NJ. She built a lifelong career as a CNA at the Sussex County Nursing Home where she worked until her retirement.
Victoria liked swimming and enjoyed time spent with family and her grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her father, Victoria was predeceased by her beloved husband, John Schoen; her brother, Robert Patterson; and her sister Cynthia Villa. She is survived by her four daughters: Catherine and her husband Raymond Rude and their son Mathew; Gina Mancato and her husband Craig Kellstrom and their children: Juliette, Mitchell, and Leonardo; Jacqueline and her husband Ryan Stapel and their children: Alexandria, Patrick, Timothy, Isabella, and Zachary; and Wendy and her husband Jeremy McCole and their children: Anthony, Haley, and Sean.
A Memorial services will take place on Friday, April 30,2021 at 3PM at Watson Yates Funeral Home & Crematorium, a Parsell Family Funeral Home, Seaford, DE, where friends may visit beginning at 2:00 PM.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing protocols must be observed and masks must be worn by everyone participating in any aspect of the service.
