Wanda Elizabeth Reventlow's Obituary
Wanda Elizabeth Reventlow, age 90 of Bridgeville, DE, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at Lofland Park Center in Seaford, DE. She was born on February 15, 1930 in Elbert, WV, daughter of the late Charles E. and Ellen (Jones) Lester.
Mrs. Reventlow was a faithful member of Marantha Baptist Church in Ocala, FL, and enjoyed all the activities her membership had to offer. More than anything, however, Mrs. Reventlow cherished time spent with those she held most dear. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and friend who was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Reventlow was preceded in death by her husbands: Edward Burress and Malcolm Reventlow; her son, Bruce Burress; her brothers: Thomas Lester and Charles Lester; and her sisters: Jean Johnson, Fay Morey, Olivine Stone, and Beulah Hammontree. She is survived by her daughter, Janet R. Wolford; her three granddaughters; her 5 great-grandchildren; and her 5 great-great-grandchildren.
