Wendy Jeanne Pinkine's Obituary
Wendy Jeanne Pinkine, age 68 of Seaford, DE, passed away on March 21, 2018, in her home. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, she was the daughter of the late Clarence C. and Dariel Lee Kelly of Aberdeen, MD.
Wendy worked for the City of Seaford as a Coding Officer for 25 years and retired in 2017. She also spent several years working at Peebles Department Store and was an Auxillary member of the American Legion. She loved to sew and do other crafts, and frequently gave homemade gifts to friends and family. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Wendy is survived by her two daughters: Kelly English and her husband Darryl, of Mardela Springs, MD, and Nori Herrick of Seaford, DE; and two granddaughters: Casey & Stephanie English of Mardela Springs, MD.
In the last weeks of her life, Wendy did not wish to have services held in her honor. Her family and close friends will celebrate her life later in the summer when crabs are in season, which was a favorite summer activity.
