Donald H. Morgan, II's Obituary
Donald H. Morgan, II, age 62, of Seaford, DE, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2016 at Seaford Center Nursing Home. He was born in Omaha, NE on April 27, 1953, son of Donald H. Morgan and the late Florence (Redden) Morgan.
Throughout most of his life, Mr. Morgan enjoyed a career in the sales and service industry working at various locations in Sussex County. He later opened and operated Donnie's Tire Care in Seaford, DE. Mr. Morgan also drove a school bus for the Howard T. Ennis School District for many years.
Mr. Morgan was a NASCAR fanatic and loved playing drums. He participated in numerous bands over the years.
Mr. Morgan will be remembered for his generous heart and kind personality. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and a dear friend.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Morgan was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Duane Miller, Sr. and a sister, Charity Greer. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Jean M. Morgan of Seaford, DE; three daughters: Teresa Miller-Perkins and her husband, Robert, of Salisbury, MD, Heather Bashus and her husband, James Bismarck, of North Dakota and Christina Morgan of Seaford, DE; a brother, Jay Morgan; two sisters: Susie Klempke and Melissa Mathews; nine grandchildren: Duane, Nicole, Andrew, Alan, Rachel, Rebekah, Jing Jing, Houston and Savanah; and three great-grandchildren: Jayden, Jeremiah and Jaelynn.
A Celebration of Mr. Morgan's Life will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2016, at 3:00 PM, at Laurel Wesleyan Church, 30186 Seaford Road, Laurel, DE 19956, where friends may visit beginning at 2:00 PM. Interment will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Morgan's memory to a charity of your choice.
