Sending prayers to Tina, and the rest of Emerson's Family. He was a great friend and a lot of help to my grandfather. I always enjoyed the time we spent together. I especially remember a day on the boat in Cambridge. John Willey

Em I just want you to know… you were like a grandfather to me and I’m glad you got to hear it that day. 💖
Betty Fry (nee Stevens) Daughter of James H. and Catherine T. Stevens. Ist cousin of Butch and Emerson Stevens. I am so Sorry for your Loss. We live in Baltimore Maryland. God Bless all of you.
I met Emerson through my cousin Tina. He was devoted to her and a wonderful man. You couldn't help but like him. Rest in peace Emerson.
Emerson was a dear friend who could do most anything! He helped me over many years as a driver, repairing all sorts of things, working at many parties helping to prepare and serve food, shopping. You name it and Emerson was there to help. He was very devout and we had prayers as well, Tina, you, too, were a very important part of these years and I send you and the family so much love and my deepest condolences for your loss. I moved away from Seaford well over a year ago now, but the memories are very much with me. Maria Heyssel
Emerson was my 2nd to the oldest brother and one of the best brothers you could ever have. He was 12 years older than me and always looked out for me when I was growing up. He worked all summer one year when he was like 19 years old at the Painter graters to buy my school clothes for me when I started back to school in the 2nd grade and he would always take me to see Santa while my parents went Christmas shopping. . I’m going to miss my brother and I love him very very much. He never called me anything Sis I always called him M . May you forever RIP. Tell we meet again. Love you always
Emerson was such a kind man. It never mattered where he was or who he was around he’d always speak and throw up a wave. He will be truly missed
